Day 1: Arrival in Kauai Morning:

• Arrive at Lihue Airport
• Pick up rental car and check in to your hotel.

Afternoon:

• Relax at Poipu Beach or Hanalei Bay

Evening:

• Beachfront dinner
• Sunset walk on the beach

Day 2:  Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park Morning:

• Drive to Waimea Canyon (Grand Canyon of the Pacific)
• Visit main lookouts

Afternoon:

• Kokee State Park hiking (Awaawapuhi Trail or Canyon Trail)
• Scenic overlooks and photo stops

Evening:

• Dinner in Waimea or return to Poipu

Day 3 :  Na Pali Coast (Boat or Helicopter) Morning:

• Na Pali Coast boat tour (snorkeling optional) 

or

• Helicopter tour of Kauai (most popular activity on the island)

Afternoon:

• Relax at your resort or beach

Evening:

• Sunset at Poipu Beach or Hanalei Bay

Day 4:  North Shore Exploration 

Morning:

• Hanalei Bay
• Hanalei Pier

Afternoon:

• Tunnels Beach (snorkeling)
• Haena State Park (advance reservation required)

Evening:

• Dinner in Hanalei town

Day 5:  Wailua River and East Side 

Morning:

• Wailua River kayak or boat tour
• Fern Grotto

Afternoon:

• Opaekaa Falls overlook
• Lydgate Beach Park

Evening:

• Dinner in Kapaa

Day 6:  South Shore and Spouting Horn 

Morning:

• Poipu Beach (snorkeling, swimming, turtles)

Afternoon:

• Spouting Horn Blowhole
• Kukuiula Village shopping and lunch

Evening:

• Optional luau in Poipu

Day 7:   Relaxation and Departure 

Morning:

• Final swim or beach walk
• Optional stand-up paddle boarding

Afternoon:

• Last-minute shopping in Lihue
• Return rental car and depart Lihue Airport
